Since 1983, Nelson has been serving Raleigh’s real estate market to the fullest. Amongst many things, time has fine-tuned Nelson’s level of professionalism, knowledge, guidance, and general understanding of Raleigh’s neighborhoods. On a routine basis, Nelson works with and sells homes both on and off the market.
Aside from real estate, Nelson has been married 37 years, has three boys, is a collector of coins, a beachgoer, loves the Redskins, and is a member of Edenton St. United Methodist Church.
A North Carolinian for life, Nelson avidly believes in the welcoming culture of the state and all that it offers. He believes North Carolina is the perfect place to call home and raise a family.
Keeping his real estate customers first is what he does best.
Notes of Appreciation – 2020
You know I was thinking this morning about how you represent a homeowner. I know you sell multi-million-dollar homes as well as much less expensive homes. I just wanted to say that you are concise, detail-oriented, and just a terrific real estate agent. It doesn’t matter how expensive or inexpensive the house, you put your all into the sale to help your seller, and I am sure the buyers as well. Bill and I would like to say thank you for your representation over the years and are proud to call you our friend.

I hardly know where to start to thank you for all that you have done for my family. Your guidance, patience, fatherly advice, and outstanding knowledge of the real estate market have been a true blessing for us. And as an added treat, we get frosties from Wendy’s!! We are all so very thankful! Stay well and safe. Hope to see you whenever I get to Raleigh. Warmest regards,
- Paige Etheridge

Thank you again for the Yeti Cooler and for the picture. I have become very popular in my family. No one is interested in my antiques, but oh my goodness - the Yeti!! Donna has commanded that I better not give it to Mark John! She thought she was going to win it. No wonder you are so good in your real estate ‘cause you add ZEST to everything you do!! Guess I might have to have a contest myself. This is lots of fun so an extra thank you.
