The Hodge & Kittrell Realtors firm in Raleigh has become the newest member of the real estate affiliate of the famous Sotheby’s auction house.
Sotheby’s International Realty is a network of real estate agencies around the world that specialize in the sales of luxury residential properties. The Sotheby’s network already has affiliations with six other firms in North Carolina, but Hodge & Kittrell has the exclusive Sotheby’s affiliation for the Triangle region.
The Raleigh firm, owned by Joe Hodge Jr., Gilliam Kittrell III, Nelson Bunn and Michael Jackson, has changed its name to operate as Hodge & Kittrell Sotheby’s International Realty.
Hodge & Kittrell has 35 sales people and has been selling properties in the Triangle region since 1968. The Sotheby’s International Realty network has more than 12,000 sales associates in 580 offices around the world.
