Meet Suiter Ragland

Suiter was born and raised in Raleigh where she attended Saint Mary's High School before venturing down Hillsborough Street to North Carolina State University. While pursuing a bachelor's degree in Fashion and Textile Brand Management & Marketing with a Business Administration minor, Suiter worked for a local interior designer. Through interior design, Suiter developed a love for real estate and watching a client's vision come to fruition.

Post graduation, Suiter headed out west to work at A-A, a guest ranch in Encampment, Wyoming. During this time you could find her working in the front office, fly fishing the Platte River, or riding horses with guests and friends across the rolling hills. After the ranch, she moved to Jackson Hole, Wyoming, where she continued to work in interior design while also finding time to fish the Snake River and ride horses under the Tetons. Inevitably, Raleigh called her home, where Suiter earned her broker’s license and started her career in real estate.

Friends and colleagues describe Suiter as detail-oriented, eager to build long-lasting, meaningful relationships, and passionate about helping others. She puts her clients first and is committed to exceeding expectations with a seamless, positive experience.

Suiter remains active within the North Carolina community by volunteering weekly at Helping Horse in Wendell, catching up with friends and family at local restaurants, fishing the Keli Wagner Lady Angler Tournament, and vacationing to eastern North Carolina.
