Meet Graham Terhune

Graham decided to join the Hodge & Kittrell Sotheby’s International Realty team as a real estate broker after establishing and managing his professional photography career of over 15 years. Prior to his career in photography, Graham, a native of Chapel Hill, moved to the west coast to work as a deckhand on a yacht. During that time he gained a strong work ethic and ability to problem solve while acquiring an eye and appreciation for design and the craftsmanship of woodworking.

Graham brings a longstanding knowledge of the Chapel Hill area and is passionate about helping clients find their ideal homes. Graham focuses on his attention to detail, eye for aesthetics, and dedication to his clients. He is constantly looking to further his education and knowledge through first-hand experiences and collaborating with others. Working with hundreds of clients over the years, he has made it a priority to tailor his service to meet each client’s expectations and needs, every single time. Graham’s clients have described him as steadfast, attentive, composed, and proactive.

Graham resides in Chapel Hill with his wife and two children. He spends a couple of weeks every summer on the coast of Maine sailing with his family. You can typically find Graham outdoors with his family, playing tennis or playing a round of golf with friends.
