The sense of place a home provides drew Anthony to residential real estate. He earned his real estate broker’s license in 2014. Since then he has facilitated more than 130 transactions worth more than $50 million. Whether the home is a one bedroom condo or a 150 year-old historic house, he’s helped people at every stage of homeownership. He’s helped first-time homebuyers all the way to people downsizing for retirement plus real estate investors adding rental property to their portfolios. He also served as the president of a homeowners association and sat on community boards.

The homeowners association where he served as president undertook a $2 million condominium renovation project. It required significant community support to pass the special assessment needed to fund the project. The experience gave Anthony in depth knowledge of working with homeowners associations.

His community experience includes serving as a zoning chair of his neighborhood organization. The experience was an extension of his interest in how Raleigh is growing. The area’s growth presents challenges, and it’s important for you to know how they may affect your home.

Anthony’s previous experience in journalism and marketing trained him to explain the details of a real estate transaction. He relies on data to show a property’s value and the potential competition from other buyers or sellers in the market.
